Ingredient Alert: Truffle Salt

Previously, on tastingmenu.wordpress.com – * https://tastingmenu.wordpress.com/2012/03/27/baked-cabbage-nobu-style/ As you may recall, I couldn’t get truffle salt for this dish.  About a week after I had came back from my Troy/Albany, NY roadtrip with my wife, I discovered Whole Foods, Newtonville had begun carrying the item!
