So when I was shopping with my wife, I came across the Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt at the Star Market in Auburndale, MA. For quite some time now, I’ve been using sea salt in the meals I’ve been making. I’m going to see if exchanging the sea salt with the salt they use at The French Laundry/Per Se improves the meals I make.
