As I’d mentioned earlier, I needed to restock on white soy sauce and had been looking around for someone to address my sourcing issue. Good news: Ebisuya in Medford, Ma came through.  I managed to order 3 bottles of the shiro shoyu (at about $8/bottle) through them.  Additionally, they also carry the moromi miso that I’ve been using to make Nobu chilean seabass with jalapeno moro miso.

So in the Boston area, the white soy sauce (shiro shoyu) can be ordered through Ebisuya and the moromi miso can be found at both Ebisuya and HMart, Burlington, MA.

Ebisuya’s home webpage can be found here: http://www.ebisuyamarket.com/
