Nobu’s Vegetarian Cookbook

Just picked this up last night…

After getting the book home and quickly leafing through it, I must say I’m looking forward to trying some of the dishes in the book.  One of the recipes that jumped right out at me was his Daikon Steak/Daikon ‘foie gras’.   Nobu’s Vegetarian Cookbook contains a couple of dishes that have previously appeared in Nobu Now and Nobu West (Cabbage Steak, Baked (Nappa) CabbageMushroom Toban yaki/Wood Roasted Vegetables as a Vegetable Toban yaki) which are a welcome addition here, consolidating all that information in a single place.
